Q: Why didn’t my alarm ring?
A: Please check alarm permission, system volume, and Focus mode settings.

Q: Why does a rule behave unexpectedly?
A: Please verify workday/rest-day rules, holiday markers, and manual date overrides.

Q: Why didn’t the forecast change after editing rules?
A: Make sure your changes were saved, then return to the main screen to trigger refresh. For one-time alarms, confirm the target time has not expired.

Q: I don’t see default templates after first install. What should I do?
A: Ensure old backup data was not restored, or try a full uninstall and reinstall, then complete the first launch initialization.
